On 13th February 2026, the students of Grade 9 and the Chemistry students of Grade 11 visited the Rashmi Steel Plant in Kharagpur as part of an experiential learning on steel manufacturing. The visit served as an interdisciplinary culmination of concepts from Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Management (EVM), Geography, Economics, and Business Studies, offering students diverse perspectives on industrial processes.
This educational excursion provided valuable insight into the complex procedures and rigorous effort involved in the production of finished steel products. The students also experienced exceptional hospitality in Kharagpur, which further enriched the learning experience and made the field trip both worthwhile and memorable.
