Tree Planting Ceremony

Modern High School International's first Tree Planting Ceremony

On July 14, 1928, Rabindranath Tagore started the Brikhoropon Utsav by planting a bokul sapling in Sriniketan. Since his death, sapling plantation has become a ritual in Shantiniketan as a mark of respect for the poet’s great vision to create a greener planet. We hope to continue this tradition in MHSI.
