Admission Guidelines
Admissions for the Academic Year 2026–2027 are now open.
A few seats may be available in grades 7,8 and 9 in a limited capacity.
However, overseas applicants and transfer students are eligible to apply at admissions@mhsi.edu.in.
The Admissions Process
IBDP
The International Baccalaureate® (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) is for students aged 16 to 19. The programme aims to develop students who have excellent breadth and depth of knowledge — students who flourish physically, intellectually, emotionally, and ethically.
IGCSE
The Cambridge IGCSE is the world’s most popular international qualification for 14 to 16 year olds. Not only is it truly international, but it also gives students more options than any other international qualification. That means more subjects to choose from, more ways to learn and more ways to succeed.
Grade 8
Grade 8 at MHSI is based on the foundations of the Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme and is typically for students aged 13 to 14 years. It helps prepare students for the next step of their education, providing a clear path as they progress through to high school in an age-appropriate way.
Grade 7
Grade 7 at MHSI is based on the foundations of the Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme and is typically for students aged 12 to 13 years. It helps prepare students for the next step of their education, providing a clear path as they progress through to high school in an age-appropriate way.
Grade 6
