Modern High School International transformed its campus into a living stage with “History in Your Dinner Bowl,” a unique site-specific musical that took audiences on an immersive journey through the history of food and civilisation.
Performed across multiple locations on campus, the production invited the audience to move from one performance space to another, experiencing how everyday ingredients such as spices, potatoes travelled across continents, influencing cultures, trade and human history. Through music, drama, dance and storytelling, students brought these remarkable journeys to life in an engaging and interactive format.
The innovative site-specific presentation showcased not only the exceptional artistic talent of our students but also their creativity, collaboration and meticulous planning.
